1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with ShotList.Studio. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that you have not used more than 20% of the purchased credits.

For technical issues or duplicate charges, we will issue a full refund regardless of credit usage if the issue is reported within the refund period.

2. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • For "change of mind" refunds, the credit usage must be below 20% of the bundle size.
  • Duplicate charges are eligible for immediate full refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@shotlist.studio. Please include your transaction ID and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.
