1. Introduction

Welcome to ShotList.Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, software, and AI-powered services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Services and Account

2.1 Account Registration: To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.2 Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Pricing model: We operate on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in bundles and are consumed based on the character length of the scripts you process. Current rates are displayed on our pricing page.

3.2 Payment: You authorize us to charge your payment method for the purchase of credit bundles. Payments are one-time transactions for the specific bundle selected.

3.3 Credits: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Credits have no monetary value outside of our platform and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

3.4 No Refunds: All credit purchases are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for unused credits.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the scripts, screenplays, and other content you upload or input into ShotList.Studio ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

4.2 Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the rights to the storyboards, shot lists, and other outputs generated by our AI from your User Content ("Generated Content").

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe upon the rights of others.
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Services.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our Services.
  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited by our guidelines.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOTLIST.STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and verify the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
